You can find a range of portable and light weight stoves, when purchasing stoves you need to think of the amount and type of cooking you will be doing, also ask yourself if you will be carry it with you in your rack sack and how much reserved space you might have. Stoves vary, from grills, two-burners and can come with complete wind protection and lids. You then need to ask yourself what type of fuel you will be using to operate your stove, this also varies depending on the type of camping you do, some fuels burn very hot, some burn well in cold, others are easy to light, also consider safety issues and prices.
